Article I: NAME AND PURPOSE

The mission of the Hillcrest Leadership Council is to communicate advisory and consultative suggestions on issues of concern to multiple Hillcrest Buildings in our community, and to serve as a forum for communication of concerns, accomplishments, and expert advice as well as to provide a voice for the Hillcrest Community in the City and County. The Council serves in a consultative or advisory capacity and does not legislate rules or hold authority over any individual building in the Hillcrest Community.
